130 Ribbons
I am very grateful for the opportunity (and permission) to create this “hommage” of 130 purple ribbons to the 130 victims of the atrocities in Paris (November 13, 2015). We also held a prayer vigil, together with other church leaders, inside the church one week after the killings. It was a touching service. For me it was the first opportunity to lead a song in such a building, parts of which date back to the 12th century.
I live just across the street from this magnificent church called the Collégiale de St. Martin-de-Brive. Below are some of our best pictures of it taken from our window.
A beautiful and touching tribute. Thanks for sharing.
